A few did 2 laps around the Lake. Waiting for R-12 to show. But to our surprise, Fro-zone was there waiting after lap 2. Not R-12.
So we took off to BC stopping to do pull ups, burpees, and a bucket carry on the way. After 1 time through the BC OC we looped around planet fitness and back to the OC for another round. Then ran back to the lake, stopping for another bucket carry.
8.1 miles for those that did it all. Some did a little less, some did about 5 miles. All got better💪🏻
