The main thing consisted of a repeating sequence of exercises as we worked from island to island in the parking lot. Starting in the first lane of the lot, we completed (1) burpee, (2) squat jumps, (3) 180 degree twist jumps, (4) Big Boy Sit Ups and (5) star jumps as made our way across the lot.
Once we moved to the second lane we applied a 2X multiplier to the number of reps. Then 3X and 4X.
Back to the pull-ups and dip
Repeat the grid one more time, this time with a global 2X factor.
Rally at the flag
YHC committed the ultimate sin in not planting the shovel flag firmly enough, so a (10) penalty burpee was levied on the entire group as Old Glory had fallen when we returned to the COT. My bad, fellas.

The pre-blast mentioned the “Daily Red Pill”, which is both a reference to the movie “The Matrix” but also part of the F3 Lexicon. Betty Crocker reminded us that the DRP is not only a commitment to accelerate one’s fitness, but also his fellowship and faith. Progress is made by choosing to do the hard work day in and day out. 1% better in every dimension…. Reminder, we have the region “Christmas” celebration hosted by Quicrete on Saturday. Don’t forget the Ao challenge to raise money for P.A.C.K. Savannah, Sweet N Low says we can’t possibly make him do too many burpees. Prayers for SnL’s co-worker and various PAX medical issue.
