Mosey to the shed to grab a Cindy and then line up on the South side of the parking lot. Set Cindy aside for later.
We did burpees and then broke them down. Completing exercises in a suicide manner.
5 burpees every time you come back to the base line
Run to the next set of parking lines, perform exercise, run back. Then run to the 2nd parking line, perform exercise and run back. The to the 3rd line, perform exercise and run back.
1st line-25 (can’t remember what they are called, but in plank position, jump your knees in to your chest and then back out to full plank)
2nd line-25 merkins
3rd line-25 jump squats
Repeat the round until the 6 finishes 2 rounds.
Count off for a rest
Now grab Cindy, keeping her with you the whole time, and we sort of broke down a thruster
5 thrusters every time you hit the base line
1st line-25 squats
2nd line-25 curls
3rd line-25 overhead presses
Repeat until the 6 finishes 2 rounds
Put Cindy back and run a lap and a half around the parking lot, ending at the flag. Circle up for some Mary.
