Thunderstruck Plank merkins (listen to Thunderstruck by AC/DC. Hold planks. Everytime they say Thunder execute a merkin. If plank is broken run town to handicapped parking signs now near entrance to stadium. Come back get back in fight
Tha Thang:
Grab a block and assemble at the bush line to the right if you are looking at stadium. 5 burpees OYO. Run to next island in parking lot and back. Grab block and get back to first island. 5 burpees OYO and 20 tri cep extensions on Q. Run two islands and back. Grab block and get back to 2 islands away. 5 burpees OYO. 20 tri cep extension. 20 chest presses on Q. Run 3 islands (baseball field fence) and back and then grab block and get back to baseball field fence. 5 burpees OYO 20 tri cep extensions. 20 chest presses. 20 curls for girls all on Q. Carry block 4 islands (rifle carry as long as possible). Drop the curls but do all other exercises. Move 5 islands same way. Drop chest presses. Move 6 islands. Drop tri cep extensions. After completing last burpees start heading back to block pile. Single file. Lead man rifle carrys as long as possible then drifts to back.
Stow blocks. Indian run back to flag.
