Disclaimer. Then we might have done some of the following: morrocan jacks, don Quixote, hand release merkins. Mixed in the 5 core principles and since we named them in their proper order we did five celebratory burpees! Yeah!
I borrowed this workout from Coffee Bean (thanks brother). Just put a Bogey spin on it.
Tha Thang:
It’s as easy as counting to 10. Do 1 of each exercise, then 2, then 3……thru 10 of each.
Also, YHC is a renaissance man and is willing to listen to all kinds of music during a workout. After yesterday’s hip hop and angry rock extravaganza, today was all about country music, beer drinking and honky tonk badonkadonks.
Round 1 – lawnmowers, squat thrusters, KB swings
Then Ran a set of suicides (4 cones). Everyone still looked fresh so we ran another set of suicides. Afterwards was round two of the count up.
Round 2 – skull crushers, blockees, goblet squat
We learned BC’s name is Francois for a reason. He can count in French. And Honker has spent so much time in Mexican restaurants he can count in Spanish too. It just won’t be in sequential order, and a margarita reference is inserted every so often.
Ran another set of suicides (4 cones) on the way back after putting Cindy away.
Flyover rule was in effect and we had two during the workout. 10 burpees for each instance.
