Broke up into 2 man teams. Each team chose a station to start at. Note: @norm is such a man……he was a 1 man team….
* Station 1 – Step Ups
* Station 2 – Dry Humpers w/ Cindy
* Station 3 – Seal sack burpees
* Station 4 – Back to Back Ruck Pass
* Station 5 – Bear bag (120lb) clean and toss
* Station 6 – 30 yard lunge ending with 30 squats (Timer)
* Complete circle back to start and repeat.
Ended with a trip around the loop! The young bucks @washout and @cheddarbiscuit decided to carry weight. YHC regretted asking @R12 for use of the bear bag.
