We adhered to this with distances and form. Only 8 Pooler PAX posted though, everyone else must've scared by this one. It sucked, but we all got through it. 1 week of IronPAX down, 3 to go.
3 rounds for time. The routine is the same each round except for the burpee exercise in the middle.
Round 1:
– 800 m run
– 25 yd murder Bunnies
– 10 Merkin shoulder taps
– 25 yd Redrum Bunnies
* 20 Blockees with Squat Thruster* (this exercise changes each round)
