10 low and slow squats
Tha Thang:
Grab a Cindy and mosey to the turf field. Line up on the goal line.
10 yard suicides. At the goal line, always do 5 squat thrusters with Cindy.
At each 10 yard line, do a combined total of merkins & squats that equals that yard line distance from the goal line. So at the 30 yard line, do 15 merks and 15 squats (doesn't have to be equal). At the opposite 30 yard line, this is 70 yards from the goal, so you'd be looking at 35 merks/35 squats. YHC, as the Q, was the 6 on this. The rest of the Pooler PAX are beasts.
After all 100 yards are complete, plank at the opposite goal line.
To get back. 25 yards suicides. At the goal line, do 10 Colosseums. At each 25 yards, do that many LBCs.
Grab Cindy and leave the field since we are thankfully out of time.
