For the 3rd modified Murph ahead of the Memorial Day Weekend tribute workout, the modification was basically to do a mini Murph every minute on the minute (EMOM). I knew we'd be moving, so I've dubbed this a Sprint Murph. YHC thought we'd get a 10 second breather in between rounds, but no such luck. This worked out to each round taking just about 1 minute to complete.

A lap marked by 4 cones that measured about 275 feet in total distance
Do this for 34 minutes. On the last minute, you should only need to do 1 pull-up, 2 Merkins, and 3 squats.
Totals will be 100 pullups, 200 Merkins, 300 squats and just under 2 miles. With the mosey from/to the flag, should easily exceed 2 miles.
Assistance bands were in place for those that needed them (YHC). Music selection was Metallica seed station on Pandora.No country music allowed. Parental Advisory for possible foul language was given.
According to DQ's Garmin, we actually got 2.96 mi by the time we were back to the flag, so we added a quick little orgasm lap mosey to achieve a full 3.00 miles.
A full Murph (albeit broken up) plus an extra mile in 45 minutes. The OG definitely went Beast Mode today.
And just to make sure everyone who fartsacked (and there were a lot of you today) feels extra shame, Honker did this with a vest. He was breaking in his new GORUCK training vest. What's your excuse again?
