Started with a little plank and disclaimer. Followed up with SSH and through the tunnel. Who needs a warm up….let’s just get started!
Tha Thang:
YHC split the pax into 2 groups and “leapfrog” between light poles. First team to the light pole does a 100 exercises. Second team keeps running to the next light pole and does 100…rinse and repeat. Increase by 10 at each pole. First team to the pole chooses the next exercise.
Each team carried a 60 lb seal sack. Down and around the back parking lot. Can’t pass the pull-up bars without engaging! 120 per team to be exact.
Leapfrogged back to the start. A few things to note. @radar is a beast. Pretty sure @Honker cheated…and @DQ still thinks he did more Burpees…..
