Mosey to back lot, 5 sprints (80%) with recovery time between, mosey back to picnic shelter near ball fields.
Tabata style workout (20sec intense, 10sec rest). 8 stations, curls (with cindy), ohp (with cindy), jump squats, monkey humpers, dollies, flutter kicks, incline mercs and dips (using picnic table). 60 sec rest, repeat series 3 more times.
Returned cindys, and a few minutes of mary, and we were done.
