WarmOrama:
– It was a short iffy warm up of plank that included a disclaimer (which rang to be true) and the 5 core principles
– 15 count Through the tunnels
– Ended with 21 count side straddle hops

Tha Thang:
-My VQ was in honor of dad/ Tutti Frutti turning 40 on Sunday and since I’m his 2.0 I decided to do a 2 themed workout.
-Moseyed over to pick up Cindy and then got back in a circle.

-Workout was
1. 2 laps around parking lot
2. 2 minute plank hold
3. 2 minutes of Cindy hold, out of a squat position (these sucked)
4. 2 minutes of 6 inches hold plus AMRAP of reaching back and touching the ground behind you with Cindy
5. 2 minutes AMRAP mercans (goal of 80 since 2 minutes x 40 years old=80)
6. 2 minutes AMRAP squats (goal of 80)
7. 2 minutes AMRAP LBC’s (goal of 80)
– Dropped down to just 1 lap and 1 minute for each of the other 6 exercises on the way back through the workout.

COT:
Finished in a COT with a reminder of @Honker’s get together next Saturday. We joined in saying the pledge and then ended the morning with a prayer that included asking for ways to be generous to our communities and asked for increased healing for both the nation and for people from our group that are out with sickness/ injuries. Then we all went off for another great day!
