The Thang – Get your girl Cindy and be ready to run. Today’s opportunity to get better included the following at each station around the pond:
Overhead presses x19
American hammers x19 (4 count) 
Manmakers x19
Curls x19 (4 count)
Incline Merkin w/Block x19 (4count) 
Bonnie Blair’s x19 (4 count) 

Rinse and repeat! We were able to complete two loops around the pond before heading back to the AO.

We closed it out with the following: Up down with Morgan Wallen (Squats), Big Boy Sit Ups x 19, LBC’s x19(4 Count) & of course to top it off and simmer it all down Burpees x19 (OYO)

COT – Praise for a great start, prayers for those suffering and the mental, physical and emotional strife that this pandemic and its impact has had on families, communities and our society as a whole! Continue to be HIM’s – Your presence is noticed, influence strengthened and opportunity to be a better person each and everyday increasing!  I’m going to challenge you all to do something for your better half and I expect you all to keep me accountable to the same! Surprise them with something and make their day that much more special!
