10-burpees (my pick)
20-lunges
30-push ups
40-LBC

Round 3
10-Pull Up w/ Shoulder tap at the top(my choice)
20-Bonnie Blaire
30-diamond pushups
40-Freddy Mercury

Round 4 30 second blow out
Pull-ups for 30 sec
Pushups for 30 sec
Dips for 30 sec
Ankle taps on your 6 for 30 sec
