Mosie to the fields to find out they’re locked. A little improvising for a parking lot workout.
Pair up for 10yd suicides to the 50 while your partner does leg-ups. Switch.
Next round, partner does shoulder touches, then V-ups, & finally plank drops.
Run bleachers together for a rest.
Rinse & repeat with big boy situps, squats, canoes & finish with bonnie blares.
Mosie back to the flag for COT, count, pledge & prayer.
