Thang: Partner Workout, As Many Islands As Possible 20 min. One tennis ball per person, one frisbee per team. Alternate frisbee throw around parking lot islands. Ascending ladder each PAX for each frisbee throw: 1st throw-5 burpee, 2nd throw-10 big boy situp, 3rd throw-15 air squat. At each island, duel your partner. Duel: start back to back, 5 forward lunges and one tennis ball bounce burpee then fire tennis ball. Winner 10 air squats, loser 10 burpees.
All six teams completed 7 islands.
