Thang: as many Die rolls as possible AMRAP, 25 minutes. Run 50m down 50m back between each roll.

Do the following if you roll the following:
1 – 10 double bounce tennis ball catch burpee
2 – 20 big boy sit-ups
3 – 30 merkins
4 – 40 air squats
5 – 50 side straddle hoops SSH / jumping jacks
6 – 60 curb dips
