Mid-year Update – 2019 Challenge

We are over halfway done with 2019. F3 Savannah continues to grow, helping men accelerate, and encouraging them to be leaders in all that they do personally, physically, and for things bigger than themselves.

As we keep tracking, please remember to use this Google Form to enter details of a specific workout or event: Challenge Entry Form

The actual tracking spreadsheet is viewable here by anyone: Tracking Spreadsheet

Challenge #1: Q 10 workouts in 2019 with a backblast

We’ve got a lot of leaders throughout F3 Savannah. And the reality is there are plenty more. YHC counted 65 unique Qs in the tracker, but only 23 of those have logged a backblast. No backblast, no challenge credit.

Challenge #2: Post at 5 different AOs

The purpose of this challenge is to encourage PAX to go out of their comfort zone and find some others to work out with. AO’s within our region are Pooler, Richmond Hill, and Savannah. Posting with another region is required to complete this challenge. Hamm and Red Ryder have both come to Pooler in recent months.

Keep those downrange posts coming! Look for opportunities to visit other AOs that are within driving distance and clown car with some other PAX!

Challenge #6: Participate in 2 3rdF events

The #3rdF is when we can really see the impact of F3 start to explode. F3 Nation calls the 3rdF the dynamite. Make the community better. We all do this in our own ways, but we can always look for opportunities to do this as a group!
