While we were warming up OYO, I reminded Patches that he's a fragile old man and to modify as needed.

The two of us just went on a walk throughout the school campus and just mumblechattered and caught up on what's been happening with whatever.
Along the way, we did some merkins, dips, calf raises, bear crawl down a sidewalk path, bear crawl along the top of the wall in front of the school, around the world on the curb at the bus loading area, and V-ups.
Back at the flag we did Ring of Fire with 50 merkins
