Tuesdays are our big strength-focused days; headed down to the strip.

Tha Thang:
Hitt workout with four exercises on each end of a short 30-yard strip

Pax start at station 1, perform exercise for one minute, before having 50 seconds to travel to the other end of the stretch with their sandbag. (Recommendation to carry SB in nontraditional way, aka rifle carry, suitcase carry, etc..) Perform 1 minute of work, travel, rotate exercise, etc.

Front Squat

Everyone completed two rounds of hitting every exercise
