Had a good Samaritan (@testubes) neighbor, show up on time for a disclaimer, first of hopefully more to come from our community outreach. Did some SSH, TTT, DC, arm circles, seal claps, wonderbras. Took Cindy to the round table
Tha Thang:
Set up four stations and timer station, Station 1-battle rope, Station 2- Uhauls, or toss up weighted ball, Station 3-get ups or burpees Pax choice, Station 4- squats,curts, OHP, tricep ext. Timer was 10 merks, 10 WW2, 10 squats, once completed the timer called 5 IC SSH, rotate to the next station.. FNG wasn't named yet he is still TBD, because after merlot he left early.
