4x exercises total with some back n forth mixed in. At one end (edge of the bricks) pax performed burpees & 4 count flutter kicks. At the other end (corner of Sats Urgent Care) pax performed mercans & 4 count American 
s. The Twist – pax started off only performing 1 burpee & flutter kick while at the other end they performed 15. Each visit would see a -1 to our end with mercans & American hammers and a +1 to our end with burpees & flutter kicks.
