Tha Thang:
Stop everyother stoplight and complete exercise of choice based on HIM selected; air squats, block/frisbee jump overs. Mosey to new Little League baseball fields.
One partner: burpee broad jump every crackline; Other Partner: One Brick OHP / step.
One minute (may have been long): Roman Chair against brick wall while passing brick back/forth.
Switch Partners between Burpee Broad Jump and Brick OHP.
Frisbee Only, Head onto Diamond. As many bases as possible 10 minutes. One partner throws Frisbee, other partner attempts to catch. If caught, no penalty. If not caught, 10 burpees for both partners. After 20 burpees, thrower picks penalty 10 count.
Another round of Brick Wall Roman Chair Brick passovers. Mosey back to COT. Stop once. Partner Brick pass arounds (back-to-back): 10 CW, 10 CCW.
