Eight cones are spread out along the bus loop. At the first cone, there are 4 sand bags:
1- 75lb, 1- 60lb, and 2- 40lb.
Each PAX grabs a sand bag and starts walking together to the next cone. When you get there, everyone does certain reps of weighted squats according to its weight:
75lb: do 10 weighted squats
60lb: do 20 weighted squats
40lb: do 30 weighted squats
After you do the weighted squats, run back to the previous cone and pick it up, run back and do 10 merkins. Then rotate out the sand bags and repeat the process.
On the last set of merkins, we did 10 slow merkins in cadence. We completed the whole thing as a whole and everyone used each sand bag four times.
COT:
A simple life lesson to remember: if you prepare well for whatever it is that your doing and do it right the first time, then you won't have to backtrack. Hypothetically, if we would've picked the cones up when we started walking to the next cone then we wouldn't have to run back to pick it up.
