The Deal.
Each Pax pulls a card.
The Suite tells you the exercise. the Cards face valve tells you the rep.
Jacks are 12, Queens are 15, Kings are 20, Aces are 25
Perform the required exercise then run to the blue bucket and perform a 1/2 Honker.
Very simple. Ran this for 25 minutes
