Each PAX does 25 reps of the exercise per lightpole, 4x lightpoles. 25 SSH to reset between each set. Anyone who finishes goes back and picks up reps for those still working through it.
An unfortunate driver came down the road as we were all doing monkey humpers. A therapist somewhere got business because of us.
Run about 1000m at the end before returning to the flag for final sets of 10 merkins, 10 mercuries, 10 monkey humpers. BC, Periwinkle, and Spam did everything weighted today. YHC nearly fell coming down the stars to write the backblast because his thighs are so shot.

A few words about finding places in our lives where we can get and offer help. Encouraged to look for structures where we don't need to ask for help or ask others if they need it, just build it into the system. F3 is good example of that.
AAR: For OYO exercises, recommend against 4-count IC on mercuries and monkey humpers. Just give a number of reps to avoid confusion. Music choice today (Bruce Springsteen) was apparently slightly less bad than Coldplay. YHC will be on the lookout for operatic versions of Viva la Vida just for you, Periwinkle.
