First off, EC activity included BC and Periwinkle making several trips around the stadium bleachers, while Balut did some running, and S’n’L popped off some burpees & pull-ups after setting up the beatdown.

Warmup started with Mikey Phelps coupled with disclaimer. Team did well with 5 core principles and mission statement in unison.
Leg stretches, TTT’s, SSH’s, and a full song of Thunderstruck to include merkins and squats.
Moseyed on over to pick up our Cindys.

Roll Dice – pax do AMRAP until next man crawls & runs to island #3, does the exercise and returns. Note: Roll doubles – we all run a lap.
The remainder do the exercise as directed by the dice.

Overall, I think we all got plenty of cardio with laps, burpees, and triceps.
