We had some motivators, some imperial walkers, some Don Quixote's, and a couple other things I can't remember. Things like overhead collapse, seal claps, etc etc
Tha Thang:
So far this week we have killed our legs so today I decided that we was going to change that. We started with 60 incline marks, move the hundred yards to where Cindy was stationed and did 60 curls. Round two moved 100 yards did 50 offset marks 25 East side, back to Cindy and did 50 lawn mowers. Round three moved to 100 yards did 40 wide arm merks, back to Cindy and did 40 overhead press. Next round 30 diamond merks, and 30 bench press, next round 20 curl marks, 20 kettlebells, last round 10 blockees.
