Tha Thang:
Pretty straight forward ring of fire. We had three PAX so we decided to do a good number divisible by three. Most rounds were 30 total reps some rounds had 60. Exercises included the following and more: derkins , incline merkins, burpees, chest press, WW1, goblet squats, jump squats, and much more. After three full round of exercises we took a jog to the light pole and back ( the one going in the opposite direction than we normally run). We did this a few times.
Ended with an 11. Flutterkicks IC and LBC IC and one more run.
