– Turf pickers
– Run to the 20 yard line and backpedal to the 10. Run to the 30 and backpedal to the 20. Run to 40, backpedal to the 30. Run to 50, backpedal to 40. Run and stop on 50. Circle up.
– Tiny arm circles and Michael Phelps
– Downward dog, cobra and shoulder stretch
– Slow merks
– Recover and circle up at AO
Tha Thang:
Count off by 3s. Each group needs two Cindy’s. taking the scenic route, each group will make their way to McCallister playground by following the parking lot all the way around both turf fields and down the road behind the school. Each team runs until the man with the block is ready to switch. Once he stops the whole team stops and completes 5 burpees. The man with the block does 5 man makers. Switch who has the block and continue. Leave blocks on road. Once at the playground Each man completes the following:
– 10 pull ups
– 10 chin ups
– 10 squats with a tri pulse at the bottom into a star jump
– 10 big boys
– 10 hanging leg raises
Run out of playground to blocks and back. Repeat.
Return to AO the way you came. Each time you switch farmer carry, group does 5 Bonnie Blair’s the hard way.
Circle up on 50
