Pax loaded up with a 40# and 60# sandbag and moseyed the mile lap. Along the way we had 4 stops, each stop consisted of:
10 – WWII's (3 count down)
20 – Flutter Kicks (other 20 counts performed at each stop)
30 – LBC's
Once we made it back to the flag we enjoyed Falcon's favorite mix tape of Sally up & Thunderstruck for a solid 5+ mins of work.
