Tha Thang:
We moseyed down three light poles did three core exercises IC-15 reps- LBC, Flutterkicks, Box Cutters
Moseyed to the front part of the middle school did two leg exercises- 40 calf raise OYO and 25 slow squats IC
MOT changed slightly for 30 yards…we bear crawled through five speed bumps stopping at each one to do five merkins
Moseyed to the school bus in the parking lot completed two exercises- Imperial Walkers IC-15, Gas Pumpers IC-15
Moseyed ever so slightly to a near by light pole. Changed MOT briefly to lunge to next light pole- 20yards and the jog to neck pole. We then did reverse lunges back to light pole and jogged back to where we finished.
Moseyed some more to the front of elementary school where we did Pull-ups 5 OYO and a round of core IC-15 and another 5 Pull-ups OYO
Moseyed to the wall on far side from elementary school did Derkins 10 OYOn did 5 burpees
Moseyed back towards middle school stopping at Stop signs and Yield sign to do 3 burpees each
Moseyed to breeze way to do elevated (feet in air on wall) mountain climbers (absolutions or obliterators?) 10-IC
Moseyed back to flag did ring of fire with 25 reps- 5 each person- Merkins and WW1
