WarmOrama:
During this warmup, review of mission, motto, and core principles occurred.
Cheddar intentionally asked one of the newer pax in the group if they could name all five core principles.
He could not.

This is not a fail on the individual, but yet a failure on me as the site Q for not making enough intentionality in sharing these principles. We (I) need to do better.

Warm up consisted of the following:
– Micheal Phelps
– Motivators from 6 (called this because I suck at counting it)
– Worlds greatest Regiment
– Tutti Stretch
– Butterfly
– Chest to ground shoulder stretch
– Dive through's

Tha Thang:
6 stations were spread out in hexagon shape around courthouse
Pax all started at station 1 with their individual sandbag.

Format:
– Pax perform 20 reps of whatever exercise is listed at station
– Next, perform 7 Burpee Overhead Toss or B.O.T.s and then advance sandbag forward by rifle carrying to the following station
– Once at station 2, drop sandbag, run back to station 1, perform exercise listed, run to station 2, perform exercise, PLUS 7 B.O.T.s and rifle carry to station 3, drop bag, run back to station 1, etc.

Station 1: Gnomes

Station 3: Renegade Rows w/ Merks
Station 4: Seesaw Lunges
Station 5: Curls
Station 6: Flutter kicks (4Ct)

No one got to station 6

COT:
AAR options include:
-Good format and exercise selection
-Bring Rep count down slightly; would maybe allow the whole route to be completed.
-Use Cindy's only at curl station so that more dumbbells could be at the renegade rows due to a slight bottleneck
