At this point, we’ve hit 1 mile total. Including all previously mentioned workouts.
Finisher: The final 1.25 began with individuals being selected to lead a workout at each stop (HIDDEN AGENDA). The group looped past the flag, park, boulders, toward the Cindy’s, and all the way to the pickleball field and pull-up bars, continuing through all the way past the cindys, around the rocks, along the field and playground, and finally back to the flag. Each participant had the opportunity to lead a workout, ensuring full engagement and shared leadership to the finish.
Total Distance Covered: ~2.25 miles
This workout maintained a strong balance of endurance, strength, and teamwork. The Indian Runs challenged pacing and camaraderie, while the burpees, pull-ups, and core work provided a full-body test. The final leadership rotation ensured everyone took part in motivating the group through to the end.
Note: Throughout the main circuit), those who completed their workout reps before the group held either a plank or a tree hugger squat until everyone finished.
COT:
Spam will be updating the Slack posts about the 5K. I also have a registration page for the F3 Nation Foster Awareness Month walk benefiting Gilliard & Company, which will take place on May 3 at Tom Triplett Park. I will update the Slack channel within the next day or two with all the details for those interested in this initiative. Radar led a powerful prayer.
The playground cleanup is scheduled for February 22. I will have a dingo machine on site to help spread the mulch more efficiently. We need to have a strategy in place, and I will update everyone on Wednesday through Slack, circle of trust, and Friday with my plan for execution. I’ll also lean on everyone to chime in on the conversation, and we can finalize things during coffee on Friday (If Y’all Are Open To That). Through a short discussion.
