20 big boy sit-ups

In between sets we alternated between running a 1/4 lap and 1/2 lap. At each stop we did either 20 crunches or 20 flutters.
10 minutes of Mary with each Pax selecting an exercise. Burpees and U-Hauls somehow made it in.
