Pax embarked on a 1 mile loop where they had 5 stops, at each stop they performed 2 exercises, 10 squats, 10 Merks, rinse and repeat 3 times at each stop.
In the end all completed 300 reps and 1 mile. All were better for it!

Reminder of this being an accountability group…Falcon admitted he was weak with his diet during the holidays and put on some LB's that put him at his heaviest off all times at 289.6 lbs. Time to stop kicking himself in the nuts, life does enough of that already.
Reba has some praise that his daughter only has a month left in her pregnancy, first time Grandpa in Feb!
