We left the bags home to get some cardio in.
Started with 20 – 4 count SSH
Moved down the strip to the first side road.
Headed down the side road for 5 Squats, 5 Hindi, 5 sumo and end with 20 – 4 count SSH. Executed in reverse as we headed back to the strip.
Continued down the strip to the next side road. Hit 20 – 4 count SSH and returned to the start.
Rents and repeat. Covered a little over 2 miles.
