10 Exercises, 10 reps per exercise (100 reps per round)

1. Burpees
2. Weighted Squats w/ Cindy or DB
3. Walking Lunges (5 per leg)
4. Pull-ups
5. Merks
6. Lateral hops over Cindy, DB, or air lol (over and back is 1)
7. OHPS
8. Curls
9. Thrusters
10. Hollow Rockers (abs)

For every 3 Rounds of the above, run one lap approx 475 Meters = 1 Complete Set.

AA = jumps should be over cindy for all; the workout was tough, Flame did 3 full sets and an extra lap (4 laps total). QIC did full 3 sets, Joanna was right there too. Everyone completed at least 600 total reps and 2 laps!
