Warm-Up: Indian Run starting at the stadium entrance to the 1st pole (red line).

The Workout: Pole-to-Pole Circuit
1st Pole: 15 Walking Lunges
2nd Pole: 15 Burpees
3rd Pole: 25 Squats
4th Pole: 25 Side-Straddle Hops (SSH)
5th Pole: 25 American Hammers (2-count)
6th Pole: 25 Leg Raises
7th Pole: 15 Total Mountain Climbers

After completing the 7th pole, each man runs back to support the last teammate, staying with them until the circuit is finished. The team then moves forward together to the next stage.

Transition: Indian Run to the pull-up bars, then to the pickleball courts, and back to the 7th Pole.

Reverse Circuit: Repeat the workout from the 7th Pole back to the 1st Pole, reducing reps by 5 for each exercise.

Finish: Regroup at the 1st Pole. Indian Run back to the flag (green line).

Circled up at the flag for: One round of Mary exercises (chosen by each man). A round of stretches.

Total Distance: 1.70 miles
