Took a stroll around the school, found dry ground and worked the abs, speaking about what we are thankful for this year, 2 things each pax. Grabbed Cindy and worked abs and chest, legs got some love too. While working spoke about what and where we need to grow next year. When finished shared a read from daily dad and encouraged all to not waste today, we don’t know when it could be our last.
