We took on a brutal pole-to-pole circuit that tested strength, endurance, and our patience (BC DIDN'T LIKE ME). Each stop brought its own ”FALVAH” (I Said That With A Massachusetts Accent) of pain, progressing through 21-15-9 reps in Round 1, and repeating for Round 2.
