Tha Thang:
Back to the basics- blocking and tackling. Head to the shed to grab our blocks and took to the turf. The drill, one person runs a lap while everyone else does the exercise until they come back. Exercise 1- curls. Rotate runners after each lap. Exercise 2 – ohp. 3 – squats. 4 – lunges, 5 – lawnmower pulls. 6 – block gas pumpers. Repeat for 3 rounds.
