Three stations were set up along the backside of the circle.
Two other stations were set up with about 60 yards apart in strip of the parking lot at the front side of the circle.
Station 1: 12 Bonnie Blairs (each leg)
Station 2: 12 Frenchy Merks (each arm)
Station 3: 12 Hindi to Sumo Squats WITH weight
——– Burpee Broad jump 20 yards from Station 3 to Station 4
Station 4: 25 SSH
——— Bernie Sander (Backwards Run) from station 4, back across entrance opening to station 5 (60 Yards)
Station 5: 25 SSH
——— Burpee Broad Jump 20 yards from station 5, back to station 1 at the circle
