Ruck 4.52 Miles with at least 35lbs or more. HAL had his sweet but tough daughter Anna with him again. I He carried her. LB used his Osprey Pack with 54 LBS.Did minimal shuffling.
COT:
Prayed for our Country and families and other F3 Brotners. HAL and Anna went home. LB then hit the tail end of UG.
