Mosey to the Cindy's
R-Z2 PT test for Speed.
Perform the following
3- Squat Thrusters
3- Kettle Bell Swings
3 Burpee Jump overs
3- Sumo Squat
3- Flutter kicks with OHP
Then perform a (6) Burpees Suicide run between light poles.
Repeat for 33 minutes.
Close out with a Burpees Ladder run back to the flag. 20 total once back
