PAX took a mosey inside the little parking lot then lined up at cones. Approximately 20 yards away is a Tic Tac Toe board, PAX split in two teams, first round everyone had to compete 50 Merkins by in and the 20 Squats before they could go and place marker on board. 2nd round 50 Calf Raises and 20 Flutter Kicks (2 count), 3rd round 50 WW1’s and 20 Burpees. After game mosey to wake Cindy and return to circle. Started with 16 reps of Curls, Squats, Oblique ( left,right), OHP, Calf Raises, and Triceps then roll dice to pick MOT 1-Qsack, 2-Sumo Squats, 3-Bernie Sanders, 4-Mosey, 5-Bear Crawl, 6-Sprint. Then 14 reps and a Dice roll, then 12 reps and a dice roll. Then put Cindy to bed.
