2 400 meter laps with 10 pull-ups during each lap.
Partner Exercises.
3 cones were spread out across the field. Partner 1 traveled to the 1st cone while Partner 2 did an AMRAP exercise. When Partner 1 returned, the Partners switched. This continued until each partner had traveled to and from each of the three cones. Once cones were completed a new AMRAP exercise was introduced and the process continued for six sets.
Cone mode of transportation: 1st cone – Bear Crawls, 2nd Cone – LT Dan Lunges, 3rd cone – Rifle Carry.
