Mosey to third pole and back
Tha Thang:
Basic format:
Start at first pole
Build up to hit the designated speed at the first tree, maintain that to a specified point (usually the neck pole) then coast in to the neck neck pole.
Stretch what needs it
3 burpees OYO
Mosey back
Random core exercise
Repeat the above, building up to full 100% sprint by the third round.
The idea is to warm up and accelerate gradually so as to avoid injuries. So far this formula has worked for us.
