From midfield logo, 4 stations surrounding the logo about 15 yards away in cardinal directions. Mode of transportation (MOT) to/from midfield is a walking lunge.

This ends round 1 of tabata. From 50 yd line, run to goal, run 100 yds to other goal, run 50 yds back to midfield. Any remaining time before round 2 is too catch your breath.
