A whole bunch of stuff made up on the spot, as @noodles suspected. 30 seconds each of forwards-backwards jumps, karaoke’s, side-to-side jumps.
Set up a 20-yard suicide course, ran that, then again with a single merkin at each station (some called it a burpee, fair enough), then again with a squat at each station.
Enough of that, played 1.5 games if frisbee tug-of-war. Two teams, each team throws a frisbee in turn toward their own end zone, a completed pass moves the entire group to that spot. Three burpees or five merkins for each throw. Good fun had by all, Team 1 finished 1.5 games out of first.
